Bringing Paris to Dallas

On Friday, February 13, 2015 from 6:30pm – 10:00pm, Chosen Youth Ministry hosted "A Night in Paris”. Local community and other non-profit organizations got connected. That magical, mystical moment was hosted by the Friendship West Baptist Church last February 13, 2015. Roscon Foundation was represented by Conrad Alagaban, Jr., Professional Development Director, who raised $107 for the night!

The White House and the U. S. Department of Energy invite you to attend our upcoming White House Forum on Minorities in Energy. The forum is part of our Minorities in Energy Initiative, which links together academia, industry, government and nonprofits to provide individual perspectives on addressing challenges in the areas of energy economic development, STEM education and climate change.
The Forum will be held on November 13, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. in the South Court Auditorium of the Eisenhower Executive Office Building in Washington, D.C. The goal of this event is to have a dialog on objectives and supporting actions that will maximize participation of diverse communities in meeting the Nation’s energy, economic and climate challenges. In addition, we hope to develop best practices and new strategies for engaging minority communities in the energy sector.
